EULESS, Texas (CBS) The family of Kristen Charbonneau says they have know for four years who killed their daughter – Daniel Moore, a Fort Worth, Texas businessman – they just couldn’t get anyone to listen. But on Friday David and Monica Charbonneau got the news they had been waiting for, Moore had been arrested and charged with Kristen Charbonneau's murder. The 25-year-old exotic dancer was last seen August 11, 2005, leaving Baby Dolls, a strip club near Dallas where she worked. Moore was said to be with her at the time.

The confirmation of his arrest wasn’t entirely welcome news for the family because it confirmed her death. Before at least there had been a slight chance that she might have been alive and just missing. Their initial actions against Moore had placed them under a lot of problems because he is a respected figure in the community. While the police are staying tight lipped on any details regarding the case, Moore has bailed himself out of jail by paying the 35 grand bond. Kirsten Charbonneau's body still hasn’t been found.
